Personal Best

I’ve been running for the past 7 months and hit a personal record today - 3.2 miles in 29:53. Nope, I’m not very fast, but I’m still losing weight, and looking forward to what kind of pace I can keep without this extra ballast!
What impressed me about my run today was that despite doing a [...]
