Just when I thought it was smooth sailing…
Workers had problems getting to the warehouse in snow showers and 0 degree weather, so there’s more orders than people. My telecom guy at the contact center went to change the announcements on our phone system to tell people that we might not be able to ship some orders on time and one of the announcers crapped out. Ring no answer is not a good thing when you’re calling to check an order. Even worse when we call you back to tell you we’re going to miss xmas shipping.
That’s what you get for ordering on the 21st. Do a little pre-shopping, folks!
