Week 1
250, down two pounds. I’ve been walking 5K a day lately between our old and new offices. This weekend will be tough, we’re moving in and setting up servers. The temptation to go out and get crappy food 2 days in a row will be tough.
I’m not exactly denying myself - this week, I did manage to get a philly cheesesteak, and went out for dinner last night - it was my 8 year wedding anniversary!
