Journal

I found an interesting community on LiveJournal called Embodiment. It’s a group of LJers who commit to keeping a daily written journal in 2006.

I keep an online journal on LJ, an offline journal electronically, and have a notebook I keep with me at all times for work notes. I’ve done this since 1990, when I got my first day planner, and continued through 1994 when I started using a Franklin Quest day planner, and continued on past any electronic solutions.

This will be the first time I’ve kept a written journal just for my thoughts, however.

I’m excited. Now I need to find a cool journal to write in. spiral-bound notebooks have kept me going for some time, but I think I might want to splurge on something nice. It’s a shame I got a nice Journal for Christmas that I re-gifted before taking this on. It’s just as well; I’m more of a wire-bound guy.
