Who thought that changing the times that Daylight Saving Time (note the correct spelling) was a good thing? I have an outsourced Exchange environment, 300 laptops and desktops PC running Windows XP, and 40 servers running Linux and Windows server 2003 that I’m in the process of patching.

I wonder if anyone can do the math (from the “pulling figures out of your ass” department of the government?) to figure out how much this change will cost business, and how much energy it will save. Call it an unfunded mandate.
