Personal Record!

I ran a personal record for time and distance today! I two laps around my usual course instead of one, which works out to 6.5 miles in 1:06:30. The first lap was 32:30, the second lap was 34:00 - not a bad split. I thought I would have been <b>much</b> slower on the second lap.
