More google-bait (AGP boot problems)

Note to self:
When you re-install Windows XP on your ECS L4VXA2 motherboard-ed system, install the drivers, the ECS service pack from www.ecs.com.tw, then remove the VIA AGP to PCI bridge. To remove, take the VIAGP.SYS and VIAGP1.SYS files from c:\windows\drivers, then uninstall and reboot.
That will solve teh BSOD STOP: 0×100000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER_M

Snow!

I’m in CT at my company’s call center, watching the snow fall. It’s been a constant light flurry since yesterday afternoon, and I’m hoping that the snow stops in time for my flight this weekend.
